复方结合雌激素片的动物药效学研究

     摘要：目的：评价复方结合雌激素片的主要药效学作用。方法：昆明种雌性未成年小白鼠100只随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组及结合雌激素低、中、高剂量组，采用小鼠子宫增重试验检测各组结合雌激素的活性；新西兰雌性未成年白兔40只随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组及醋酸甲羟孕酮低、中、高剂量组，采用兔子宫内膜转化试验检测各组孕激素的活性。结果：雌性未成年小白鼠空白对照组、阳性对照组及结合雌激素低、中、高剂量组的子宫重分别为：(9.272±2.478)、(25.56±5.06)、(15.31±1.10)、(22.47±4.83)、(25.48±5.67) mg/10 g；新西兰雌性未成年白兔空白对照组、阳性对照组及醋酸甲羟孕酮低、中、高剂量组的Mcphail指数分别为：0、3.3±0.3、3.0±1.1、3.1±0.8、3.3±0.5。结论：复方结合雌激素片具有明显的雌激素活性及一定的孕激素活性。

    Study on animal pharmacodynamics of compound conjugated estrogens tabletsZHANG Lijuan, ZHAO Shengjun, GAO Xiaoli, et al

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the pharmacodynamics function of compound conjugated estrogen tablets. Methods: Young female mice of Kunming species were randomly divided into the different dosages groups, including control groups, and detecting estrogenic activity by increasing uterus weight; Young female rabbits of New Zealand were randomly divided into the different dosages groups, including control groups, detecting progestational activity by proliferation of rabbit endometrium. Results: The uterus weight of mice of bare control group, positive control group and different dosage groups were increased after taking doses: (9.272±2.478), (25.56±5.06), (15.31±1.10), (22.47±4.83), (25.48±5.67) mg/10 g respectively. The mephail index in young female rabbits of different dosages groups were: 0, 3.3±0.3, 3.0±1.1, 3.1±0.8, 3.3±0.5 respectively. Conclusion: The compound conjugated estrogens tablets possess the estrogenic and progestational activities. ......
