【摘要】 目的 探讨超声对孕期胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法 对孕期经超声诊断的胎儿畸形126例进行分析。结果 126例胎儿畸形中产前诊断与产后完全符合117例,漏诊9例畸形。其中中枢神经系统畸形最多见。结论 超声可实时观察宫内胎儿各器官发育情况,在孕期发现先天性畸形,对临床有重要的诊断价值。

    Ultrasonographic value of fetal malformation and analysis of 126 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of ultrasound diagnosing fetal malformation in pregnancy. Methods A total of 126 fetal malformation cases were diagnosed with ultrasound in pregnancy and analysed.Results Prenatal diagnosis of 117 fetal malformation cases was the same as the postpartum diagnosis. Nine cases were missed. The most common defects in all malformations were in central nervous system.Conclusion All the fetal organ in the womb can constantly be observed with ultrasound so that fetal malformation can be diagnosed earlier in pregnancy. Ultrasound is valuable for fetal malformation diagnosis.
