【摘要】 目的 观察奥美拉唑三联5日疗法根除Hp疗效。方法 将确诊为Hp阳性112例患者分两组，奥美拉唑组56例，给奥美拉唑20mg+克拉霉素500mg+阿莫西林1000mg，每日2次，共5天；法莫替丁组56例，给法莫替丁20mg+克拉霉素500mg+阿莫西林1000mg，每日2次，共7天，疗程结束后4～5周复查Hp检测。结果 疼痛症状消失时间，奥美拉唑组1～5天，平均1.9±0.7天；法莫替丁组1～7天，平均3.7±1.2天，两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 奥美拉唑三联5日疗法是一种短程、有效、依从性好、不良反应小的根除Hp方案。

    【Abstract】 Objective The clinical outcome of omeprazole-based triple therapy 5 days cure Helicobacter pylori infection was reviewed.Methods 112 patients with HP infection were randomly divided into two groups，56 patients either of the group，Omeprazole group pay omeprazole 20mg added clarithromycin 500mg and amoxicillin 1000mg bid for 5 days. Famotidine group pay famotidine 20mg added clarithromycin 500mg and amoxicillin 1000mg bid for 7 days.
