摘要：目的：研究新疆不同品种的葡萄嫩叶、老叶在不同生长环境下白藜芦醇的含量，为新疆葡萄资源合理利用提供依据。方法：采用高效液相色谱法对新疆乌鲁木齐、博乐、和田、鄯善、焉耆等地区秋季采摘葡萄叶样品中白藜芦醇含量进行检测，比较同品种的葡萄嫩叶、老叶及不同地区葡萄叶中白藜芦醇的含量。结果：乌鲁木齐、博乐地区同品种葡萄嫩叶、老叶中白藜芦醇含量不同，鄯善产马奶子葡萄叶中白藜芦醇含量最高，为592.83 μg/g，博乐产红提葡萄叶中未检出白藜芦醇。结论：高效液相色谱法灵敏度高，适用于不同品种葡萄叶中白藜芦醇含量测定；新疆各地区产葡萄嫩叶、老叶中白藜芦醇含量不同；同品种葡萄叶在不同生长环境下白藜芦醇含量不同。关键词：高效液相色谱法；白藜芦醇；葡萄叶；含量分析
Analysis of the resveratrol contents in Xinjiang grape leaves

Abstract: Objective: To research the resveratrol contents in the grape leaves under different growth environment in Xinjiang. Methods: To measure the resveratrol contents while collecting the grapeleaf samples in autumn by HPLC. Results: The resveratrol content of manaizi grape leaves was 592.83 μg/g in Shanshan which was much more than the others. At the same time the resveratrol content of Hongti grape leaves in Bole can′t be found. Conclusions: This method is simple and accurate, which can be used as an analysis method of resveratrol contents in different grape leaves. From the analysis, we can draw a conclusion: It is difference between the resveratrol contents in the old and fresh grape leaves in Xinjiang, however the same type of grape leaves have the discrepancy in different growth environment. ......
