【摘要】 目的 探讨脑干诱发电位在多系统萎缩(MSA)早期诊断中的价值。方法 对72例患者分不同病程所作的脑干诱发电位(BAEP)检查结果及头颅磁共振(MRI)检查结果进行对比分析，比较二者在多系统萎缩病程中的不同时期的检查异常率的差异。结果 72例MSA患者显示BAEP异常(尤其Ⅲ波)较多见。尤其病程早期BAEP异常率显著高于MRI，病程≤2年的患者中，BAEP异常率明显高于MRI异常率(P<0.05)。病程>2年的患者中，两者异常率差异无显著性。结论 BAEP等诱发电位证明MSA有脑干功能损害，在本病诊断中最重要的意义是发现亚临床病灶。BAEP在MSA患者早期诊断中具有临床意义。BAEP可以作为诊断MSA的一个重要手段，结合临床症状和体征，提高MSA的早期诊断率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To indentify the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and the brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) of multiple system atrophy(MSA) and explore early diagnostic value using various techniques in electro-neurophysiology. Methods 72 subjects diagnosed as MSA during 2001～2004 in Changzheng hospital were studied retrospectively about their clinical features 、 brainstem evoked potential check result and skull MRI check result, and analyses, compare the rate of abnormality between the following both check-up of the different period in the course of multiple system atrophy.Results 48 subjects MSA patients demonstrated brainstem auditory evoked potential (BAEP) abnormality (Ⅲ wave much sees especially). Course of an illness early time the rate of abnormality in BAEP remarkably higher than MRI especially, in the course of an illness≤ 2 years patient, the rate of abnormality in BAEP obviously higher than the rate of abnormality in MRI (P<0.05). In the course of an illness more than 2 years subjects, both of the rate of abnormality do not have the remarkable difference.Conclusion BAEP certificate MSA to have the brain stem function injury, the most vital significance discovers the subclinical focus in this sickness diagnosis. BAEP has the clinical significance in the MSA patient early diagnosis. BAEP may take diagnoses MSA an important method, the union clinical symptom and the enhances the early diagnosis. ......
