[摘要] 目的 探讨更具有优越性的腰椎间盘细胞培养方法。方法 16例胎儿及成人腰椎间盘细胞分别进行单层培养和立体培养，检测细胞分裂指数，进行对比分析。结果立体培养细胞指数生长期分裂指数较单层培养细胞明显增高(t=5.49～9.61，P <0.05)，细胞稳定生长期两者分裂指数无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 立体培养的细胞较单层培养者具有更大的生物学活性。
