二十四员大环双核铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及其对超氧化物歧化酶的模拟——Ⅰ若干配合物的合成和表征

     摘 要 合成了以2,6-二乙酰基吡啶缩3-氧戊烷1,5-二胺为配体,以H2O、im-、N-3及SCN-为桥基的四种大环双核铜配合物,所有配合物均用多种物理方法进行表征并推断了它们空间结构。结果表明,随桥联不同,中心原子的配位数也不一样。

    Synthesis of four 24-membered macrocyclic binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes and modelling on superoxide dismutase:Ⅰ. Synthesis and characterization of Cu(Ⅱ) complexes

    Abstract Four 24-membered macrocyclic binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes for modelling Cu,Zn SOD were synthesized by condensation reactions of 2,6-diacetylpyridine with 3-oxapentane-1,5-diamine,in which two metal centers were linked via H2O,im-,N3- or SCN- bridge.All complexes were characterized by several physical methods. The results showed that the coordination number of central atoms varied with different bridging.
