【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法 在鼻内镜引导下置入微波探头，对50例以下鼻甲黏膜肥厚为表现的慢性鼻炎患者进行微波热凝治疗。结果 治愈48例(96%)，好转2例(4%)，无效0例，总有效率100%。结论 经鼻内镜下应用微波热凝治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎，视野清晰、治疗部位明确、病变清除彻底、并可减少组织损伤及并发症的发生。
