摘要:目的 比较标准剂量和大剂量的糖皮质激素对慢性ITP的疗效。 方法 71例血小板(PLT)<10×10 9 /L的慢性ITP患者随机分成两组，A组用大剂量的甲基强的松龙，剂量为500～1000mg/d;B组用标准剂量的醋酸泼尼松(pred)治疗，剂量为1mg/kg/d;分别比较两组第3、5、7d血小板计数上升值，并比较副作用的发生率。 结果 在治疗开始后的第3d，两组间PLT计数上升值的差别有显著性(P<0.05);而在第3、5d，两组间PLT计数上升值的差别无显著性(P>0.05)。 结论 对于初治的慢性ITP并有血小板明显下降的患者使用大剂量的甲基强的松龙不能提高疗效。
