摘要:目的 探讨尿微量白蛋白测定在糖尿病及冠心病中的应用价值。 方法 将研究对象分为糖尿病组和冠心病组及体检正常的对照组。留取3组人群晨尿，检测其微量白蛋白含量。 结果 糖尿病组和冠心病组的尿微量白蛋白与对照组比较，差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 糖尿病患者应进行尿微量白蛋白含量的筛查，利于糖尿病肾病和糖尿病患者心血管并发症的早期预防和干预治疗。

    Application of detection of albumin in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and coronary heart disease.

    Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of detection of urine minimum albumin in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN)and coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods All the case were divided into three group:diabetic group;CHD group and healthy controls.Determination of the urine minimum albumin in all the case was made. Results The concentration of urine mini-mum albumin of DN group and CHD group was significant difference as compared with that of healthy controls. Conclusion The de-termination of concentration of urine minimum albumin in diabetic patient is useful for early diagnosis and intervention of DN and CHD. ......
