摘要：目的：掌握护理计划现状，探索推行标准护理的有效措施。方法：2004年7月至2005年6月间，住院病人采用标准护理计划的随机抽样100份病历为分析对象，检查护理计划的内容及实施效果，对存在的问题进行分析讨论，并提出对策。结果：评估缺乏连续性占50%，找不出确实需要解决的问题28%，缺乏抓时机和技巧实施健康教育占22%。结论：提高整体护理人员运用护理程序的能力，抓住时机掌握技巧实施健康教育，就能促进整体护理计划的实施和护理素质的提高。关键词：护理计划；护理管理
Clinical Analysis of 100 Shares Nursing Care Plan

Abstract: Objective: To know the present of nursing care plan. To explore the effective intervention for standard nursing. Method: 100 shares from samples randomly from Jul. 2004 to Jun. 2005 with standard nursing care plan, were examined the contents and results. We analyzed the exist questious and put forward the managements. Result: There's 50% with deficiancy of continuous evaluation no solved problems for 28%, deficiancy of health education skills for 22%. Conclusion: It can improve the nursing quality and whole nursing care plan to strengthem the ability to use nursing process and the skills for health education. ......
