摘要：目的：探讨骨筋膜间隔区综合征的早期诊断及治疗对肢体的影响。方法：经过对32例不同部位的骨筋膜间隔区综合征的早期临床症状观察及治疗，包括制动、抬高患肢及应用甘露醇、切开减压等。结果：32例病人除1例并发血管损伤，出现轻度肌挛缩外，均得到较好恢复。结论：早期诊断及早期外科减压处理是治疗的关键。

    Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Oseofascic Compartment Syndrome

    Abstract: Objective: To study the influence of early diagnosis and treatment of osteofascia compartment syndrome on limb. Method: The observation and treatment for early clinical symptom, including braking,raising the affected limb,application of mannitol and cutting for decompression,were practiced on 32 cases of patients with osteofascia compartment syndrome on different sites. Result: Of a total of 32 cases of patients,except for one case who had complication of blood vesel of patients,except for one case who had complication of blood vessel injury and light myospasm,the other cases all had good recovery. Conclusion: Early diagnosis and surgical decompression are necessary for treatment. ......
