摘要:目的 研究普鲁兰多糖的潜在致突变性。 方法 采用小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验、小鼠精子畸形试验进行观察。 结果 骨髓细胞微核试验、骨髓细胞染色体畸变、精子畸形试验均为阴性结果。 结论 普鲁兰多糖在所试条件下无潜在的致突变作用。
