羊肚菌多糖体外抗菌活性研究

     摘要：目的对羊肚菌Morchella esculenta多糖的体外抗菌活性进行初步研究。方法采用改良药基法和K-B法，对子囊果多糖(APS)、菌丝体胞内多糖(IPS)、胞外多糖(EPS)进行体外抗菌实验。结果研究表明羊肚菌多糖对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌以及放线菌的抗菌活性都比较强，而对霉菌和酵母菌的抗菌作用不明显。结论 3种羊肚菌多糖均具有比较明显的抗细菌、抗放线菌活性。

    Study on Anti-microbial Activities of Polysaccharide from Morchella esculenta in vitro

    Abstract：ObjectivePrimary study on antimicrobial activities of Morchella polysaccharide in vitro is carried on.MethodsThe MIC of polysaccharide were measured with dishmedicine-medium and KirbyBauer Method.ResultsThe test indicated that all the tested samples had anti-microbial activities agaist E.coli,B.subtilis,S.aureus and A.microflavus.ConclusionStudy showed 3 kinds of polysaccharide from M.esculenta had strong anti-bacterial and antiactinomyces power.
