健康教育对精神分裂症患者自知力及服药依从性的影响

     【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者自知力及服药依从性的影响。 方法 将86例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组43例和对照组43例。研究组在药物治疗的基础上给予健康教育干预,对照组单用药物治疗。两组在入院1w内和出院时采用简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷及服药依从性进行评定和对比分析。 结果 入院时两组简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),出院时差异有极显著性(P<0.01);两组入院1w内服药依从性比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),入院6w后研究组服药依从性明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 对精神分裂症患者不同阶段进行有效的健康教育,可以不同程度地提高患者的服药依从性和自知力。

    Effects of healtheducation on recovery of insight and treatment compliance in schizophrenics

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of healtheducation on insight and treatment compliance in schizophrenics. Methods 86 schizophrenics were randomly divided into healtheducation(healtheducation combining with clozapine) and control groups(single clozapine). Insights and treatment compliance were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ) in 1st week of admission. Results At admission, there were no significant differences in the scores of the BPRS and ITAQ(P>0.05) and the compliance(P>0.05) between the 2 groups, and best significant difference in the scores at discharge (P<0.01) and in the compliance after 6week of admission(P< 0.05). Conclusion Effective healtheducation on various phase can improve compliance and insight in different degree. ......
