[摘 要] 目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在外伤性视网膜脱离的诊断价值。方法：运用彩色多普勒超声观察眼外伤后玻璃体内声像图改变，并回顾性分析本院41例经手术或眼科检查确诊的外伤性视网膜脱离的彩色多普勒超声的声像图特征及血流情况。结果：本组41例外伤性视网膜脱离，部分性视网膜脱离28例，完全性视网膜脱离9例，陈旧性视网膜脱离2例，合并脉络膜脱离的视网膜脱离2例，所有病例均有不同程度的玻璃体混浊，其中39例网脱光带上可见彩色血流及与视网膜中央动脉及静脉相类似的血流频谱。结论：彩色多普勒超声检查外伤性视网膜脱离准确、可靠，达到早期发现的目的，对临床的治疗及预后具有重要的意义。[关键词] 彩色多普勒;视网膜脱离;价值
Color Dopler Ultrasound Diagnosis Value on Traumatic Retinal Detachment

Abstract Objective To research the diagnosis value of color Doppler ultrasound on traumatic retinal detachment. Methods The changes of ultrasonograph of traumatic vitreous were observed in this study and the color doppler ultrasonograph were retrospectively observed in 41 cases operation proven retinal detachment patients. Results In all the 41 cases traumatice retinal detachment, included partial 28 cases, completely 9, dated 2 cases and completed with detachment of choroids in 2 cases, vitreous opacity and color blood steam were seen. Conclusion The color doppler ultrasound diagnosis on traumatic retinal detachment, with its capacity of early fiding and accurate and reliable, have significant meaning to clinic treatment and prognosis. ......
