     Restaurants and school dining halls should guard against poisoning food

    Abstract In the past few years,the criminal cases of poisoning food have been increasing,the number of the persons poisoned in a single case is getting bigger and the dead rate is higher.Apparently,big restaurants and some crowded service institutes have become the common scenes of crime.It brought a very severe threat to the social stability and peoples life and property.In view of the abovementioned facts,this essay analysed the hidden perils in restaurants and school dining halls which may be made use of by the criminals,and introduced effective measures to take strict precaution against the happening of such criminal cases.

     摘要：近年来，利用食品为载体投毒的刑事犯罪案件不断增多，而且，单一案件的中毒人数规模较大，死亡人数也较多。由此可见，一些大型或就餐人数较为集中的餐饮服务场所正在成为犯罪分子的作案场所。给社会稳定和人民生命财产安全造成了严重的威胁。本文根据餐饮业、学校(集体)食堂的特点，剖析了餐饮业、学校(集体)食堂存在的可能被犯罪分子利用的隐患，并提出应对措施 ......
