【摘要】 目的 探讨微波热疗配合放射治疗对颈部转移癌局部控制率的临床应用价值。方法 将2004年10月~2006年5月收治的资料较全的52例颈部淋巴结转移癌(N2~N3)病人随机分为两组，对照组仅行单纯常规放疗，局部总剂量DT 66~70Gy/6.5~7周；联合组除常规放疗外同时配合微波热疗每周3次(周一、三、五)，温度控制在(42±1)℃，每次30~40min，2~3周为1个疗程，平均每人7.3次。结果 联合组总显效率及完全缓解率均明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；且联合组在起效时间上也明显短于对照组，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 微波热疗对放疗有协同增敏作用，二者配合对颈部较大淋巴结转移癌的治疗有重要的临床应用价值，可明显提高局控率，减少局部放疗剂量，减轻放疗反应，无明显毒副作用，值得临床推广使用。

    Study on the treatment of metastatic neck node cancer with Thermotherapy and Radiotherapy

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effective value of treating with thermotherapy combinated with radiotherapy for metastatic neck node cance.Methods From Oct.2004 to May.2006,52 patients with neck metastatic cancer(N2~N3) were divided into two groups.Control group was only treated by regular radiotherapy and the total dose(DT)was 66~70Gy/6.5~7w. Combined group was treated with regular radiotherapy and microwave themotherapy.The patients received hyperthemia three times per week.The thermometer was controlled in 42±1℃ and for 30~40 minutes every time.Results Combined group was much better than radiotherapy group in total effective rate and completely remittent rate,and the time of effect were also shortened compared with control group.Conclusion The combination of two methods is effective and significantly superior to single treatment of radiotherapy. ......
