儿童喂养方式及口腔不良习惯对牙颌发育的影响

【摘要】 目的 调查儿童喂养方式、吮奶瓶时间及其他一些口腔不良习惯对儿童牙颌发育的影响。方法 将牙颌发育正常的儿童240例作为对照组，将牙颌畸形患儿268例作为试验组，进行喂养方式、吮奶瓶时间、不良习惯的统计学分析。结果 喂养方式、吮奶瓶时间、不良习惯均对牙颌发育产生一定影响(各组间P值均小于0.05)。结论 各种口腔不良习惯均可导致牙颌畸形的发生，提示应早期纠正口腔不良习惯，提倡母乳喂养。【关键词】 喂养；不良习惯；牙颌畸形；发育
Effects of feeding style and bad habits on the dentognathic development

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effects of feeding style,sucking time and bad habit on dentognathic development.Methods 240 cases of normal children as control group,268 cases of dentognathic deformity as trial group were enrolled in the study.The feeding style,sucking time and bad habit were analyzed statistically.Results The feeding style,sucking time and bad habit were influced on the dentognathic development(P<0.05).Conclusion The more bad habits,the more dentognathic deformity is occur.
