【摘要】目的：调查枣庄市农村60岁以上中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者焦虑和抑郁症状的严重程度。方法：采用Zung进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定入组患者焦虑和抑郁症状，用峰流速仪测定稳定期患者和正常对照组的肺功能。结果：60岁以上中度COPD稳定期患者焦虑和抑郁自评量表与国内常模及对照组比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)；COPD患者肺功能与对照组相比具有统计学显著差异(P<0.01)；60~69岁组肺功能与70~79岁组比较具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论：60岁以上COPD稳定期患者存在明显的焦虑和抑郁症状； COPD患者随着病程和年龄增加肺功能明显降低。

    【Abstract】Objective：To research into the serious degree of the anxiety and depression Symptoms of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of the aged over 60 at stable period in rural Zaozhuang. Methods:To evaluate the anxiety and depression symptoms of the chosen sufferers. by using self -rating Anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in Zung table and to test the lung function of the sufferers at stable period and the compared group by PEF.Results: The self-rating anxiety and depression scales of the average sufferers aged over 60 at stable period differ strikingly from the domestic norm and the compared group (P<0.01) .The lung function of the COPD sufferers differs notably from the compared group statistically (P<0.01) The lung function of the aged (60~69) is quite different from those aged 70~79(P<0.01) .Conclusions: COPD sufferers aged over 60 at stable period have notable anxiety and depression symptom .The lung function of COPD sufferers obriously reduces with the course of disease and the growing age. ......
