【摘要】 目的 研究玉米穗多糖对正常及糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。方法 玉米穗干粉用热水提取，再经分离纯化即得玉米穗多糖精品。用该品100mg/kg和400mg/kg给正常及糖尿病小鼠灌胃，测不同时间的血糖。结果 正常小鼠最多可降低46.3%，而糖尿病小鼠最多可降低54.1%。结论 玉米穗多糖可降低四氧嘧啶引起的糖尿病小鼠高血糖。【关键词】 玉米穗；多糖；血糖
Hypoglycemic activity of ear of maize polysaccharides

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of ear of maize polysaccharide on normal mice and alloxan induced diabetic mice.Methods An experimental diabetic model was induced by ip of alloxan monohydrate (320mg/kg)，polysaccharides，isolated from ear of maize，administered 4 hours prior to alloxan.The polysaccharides was given by the route of ig at a dose of 100mg/kg and 400mg/kg.Results The ear of maize polysaccharides was able to decrease blood glucose level in mice about 43.5% 72 hours after prior to alloxan.The blood glucose level in normal mice and alloxaninduced mice were significantly reduced.The effect of the drug was most obvious in 3~7 hours after administration of the polysaccharides.Conclusion The ear of maize polysaccharides could reduced blood glucose. ......
