白藜芦醇对D半乳糖致衰老小鼠氧化损伤的影响

     摘要:目的 研究白藜芦醇对D半乳糖所致衰老小鼠氧化损伤的缓解作用。方法 用D半乳糖皮下注射制备衰老小鼠模型,同时分别给予不同剂量白藜芦醇(15、30 mg/kg)灌胃,观察其对衰老模型小鼠血清和脑组织抗氧化系统的影响。结果 衰老模型小鼠脑组织脂褐质(LF)升高,血清和脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)活性下降,一氧化氮(NO)和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加。分别给予15,30 mg/kg白藜芦醇灌胃后能使衰老模型小鼠脑组织和血清中NO、MDA不同程度下降,SOD及GSHPx活性不同程度升高,脑组织中LF降低。结论 白藜芦醇可通过清除氧自由基及抗脂质过氧化而抗衰老。

    Effect of Resveratrol on Oxidative Damage

    Induced by Dgalactose in Senile Mice

    ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the neutralization effect of resveratrol on oxidative damage induced by Dgalactose in aged mice. Methods The senile model mice, were established by subcutaneous injection of 5% Dgalactose at the nape, and adminstrated with resveratrol (15, 30 mg/kg) by oral gavage for 30 d. The lipofuscin (LF) and nitric oxide (NO) contents in brain, malondialdehyde (MDA) level, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and GSHPx activities in serum and brain were detected by biochemistry method. Results In serum and brain of senile mice,the contents of NO and MDA increased,the activities of SOD and GSHPx decrease. In addition, the LF in brain also elevated. Resveratrol administration of 15, 30 mg/kg showed different degrees of antagonistic effect on the increase of MDA and NO levels, elevated the SOD and GSHPx activities in serum and brain, decrease LF level in brain. Conclusion Resveratrol may postpone senility by eliminating oxygen free radicals and antilipoperoxidation. ......
