     摘要：目的检测糖尿病大鼠海马中GluR2的表达，观察海马的病理变化。方法将24只Wistar大鼠随机分成两组，对照组与糖尿病组各12只。糖尿病组用STZ制模，12周后，取脑应用免疫组化及图像分析技术检测海马中GluR2的表达。结果糖尿病组大鼠海马CA3区GluR2的表达较正常组减少(P<0.01)。结论钙离子可能在糖尿病大鼠海马的病理改变中发挥了重要作用。

    ABSTRACT:Objective To measure the expression of AMPA GluR2 in the hippocampus of rats with diabetes mellitus(DM),and to abserve the pathological changes of hippocampus in DM.Methods 24 Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: 12 rats as the control group and 12 rats as the STZ DM group. 12 weeks later, the immunohistochemical methods and imageanalysis were used to detect the expression of GluR2 in the hippocampus.Results Expression of GluR2 in CA3 area of hippocampus in DM group was less than normal group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ca2+ may related with changes of hippocampus in DM. ......
