【摘要】 目的 比较经腹改良Sugiura术与Hassab术治疗门静脉高压症的疗效。方法 将2003年1月～2005年10月需行手术的门静脉高压症患者按意愿分为接受经腹改良Sugiura术(研究组)组和Hassab术(对照组)组两组，对比两组的手术安全性、术后恢复和随访结果。结果 研究组和对照组分别有25例、28例患者入组，两组均无手术死亡病例，研究组手术时间、术后恢复、术后并发症与对照组差异无显著性(P>0.05)；所有患者均获得随访，平均随诊28个月，研究组无再发出血病例，而对照组再出血率为17.9%(5/28)(P<0.01)。食管静脉曲张的消除率在研究组为100%，对照组为57.1%(16/28)(P<0.01)。结论 经腹改良Sugiura术是治疗门静脉高压症的一种有效术式，它使断流更为彻底，而操作并不复杂，值得临床推广应用。

    Clinical study of transabdominal modified Sugiura and Hassab procedure

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the result of transabdominal modified Sugiura and Hassab in the portal hypertension.Methods We compared operation safety,recovery,complications,oncolofical clearance and short-term outcome for the two groups of patients undergoing either transabdominal modified Sugiura or Hassab.Results Between January.2003 and October.2005 25 patients underwent transabdominal modified Sugiura;28 patients were treated via Hassab.Both have inhospital mortality.The mean operative time,recovery,complications were comparable in the two groups(P>0.05).All patients were followed up for an average of 28 months.All patients in the study group had no upper GI rebleeding during the 28-month follow-up.The rebleeding rate in the control group was 17.9%(5/28)(P<0.01 vs.study group).The varicose veins eliminating rate was 100% in the study group and 57.1%(16/28) in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Transabdominal modified Sugiura is an effective method for the treatment of portal hypertension. ......
