[摘要] 目的 比较双极人工股骨头置换术和全髋置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院2002年6月～2005年6月采用上述2种术式治疗老年股骨颈骨折病例46例，比较2种术式的临床疗效。结果 46例随访10～40个月，平均16个月。按Harris评分标准，双极人工股骨头置换组术后优良率达到90%；全髋置换组术后优良率达95%，两组之间结果没有明显的差异。结论 人工股骨头或全髋关节置换术是治疗老年股骨颈骨折的有效方法，可提高老年人的生活质量、减少并发症。全髋关节置换结果优于人工股骨头置换。

    Comparison of results between bipolar prosthetic replacement and total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in elderly

    [Abstract] Objective To compare the effects of bipolar prosthetic replacement and total hip arthroplasty in treatment of the fracture of femoral neck in the elderly.Methods From June 2002 to June 2005,46 elderly patients of over sixty years old with femoral neck fracture were operated with bipolar prosthetic replacement(26 cases) and total hip arthroplasty(20 cases).Results The follow-up period ranged from 10 to 40 months,mean 16 months.According to the harris scoring system,there were 23 excellent or good(90%)in bipolar prosthetic replacement group and 19 excellent or good(95%)in total hip arthroplasty group.Conclusion Both bipolar prosthetic replacement and total hip arthroplasty are reasonable choice for treatment of fracture of femoral neck in the elderly,but the results of total hip arthroplasty are better than those of bipolar prosthetic replacement. ......
