小鼠烧伤应激影响鼠尾皮肤增殖和角化的形态学观察

摘要 目的 观察烧伤应激对小鼠鼠尾皮肤的影响，探索应激在银屑病发病中作用。方法 在鼠背制作2cm×1cm的烧伤创面，于烧伤后1h、24h、1w、2w、4w分别取鼠尾皮肤观察表皮的增殖和角化情况。结果 与正常小鼠鼠尾皮肤对照，烧伤应激后1w、2w、4w，鼠尾皮肤角质形成细胞(KC)明显增殖，角化过度和角化不良，4w时最明显。结论 烧伤应激可促进小鼠鼠尾皮肤KC增殖、角化过度和角化不全。关键词 应激；增殖；角化过度；角化不全
