[摘要] 目的 探讨漂浮导管在外科ICU中的应用效果以及并发症的防治。方法 分析在外科ICU中运用漂浮导管指导救治的病人136例。结果 根据漂浮导管血流动力学监测指标指导救治，休克、心衰很快得到纠正，短期临床效果满意。结论 在ICU中，漂浮导管的运用是安全、可靠的，且并发症少。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical significance and complication of flow-directed pulmonary artery catheter (PAC) in surgical ICU.Methods From March 1996 to May 2006,136 cases in ICU,apply PAC to guide their therapy.Results According to the hemodynamic data,shock and acute heart failure were retrieved in the short period.Conclusion In ICU,the application of PAC is safe,effective and fewer complication.
