成分输血的临床应用调查与分析

     [摘要] 目的：通过临床用血分析，指导合理用血。大力推广成分输血。方法：对2000年至2004年我区医疗单位各科成分血使用率及成分输血情况进行统计分析。结果：几年来各医院全血用量大幅下降，成分血的用量达到99.3%，二级医院成分血使用率在2003年已达标，但机采血小板和冷沉淀使用不理想。结论：成分输血不但能减少输血不良反应，而且能节约有限的血资源，所以合理应用成分血十分必要。

    The Investigation and Analysis of the Clinical Application on Component Blood Transfusion

    Abstract:Objective Generalize component blood transfusion under the guidance of analyzing blood utilized on clinical purpose.Methods Statistical analyzed the cases of the component transfusion and the components utilized rate in all medical units in our borough during year 20002004.Results The amount of the whole blood consumed in hospitals has been reduced significantly lately,with which the amount of the component blood is up to 99.3% of all.Its ratio has been achieved the criterion as soon as in year 2003 in Ⅱhospitals;however,the platelet collected by machine and the effect of cold precipitation were not perfect.Conclusion The component blood transfusion is not only able to reduce the negative reactivity after being transfused,but able to save the limited blood resources;therefore,it is very necessary and important to use the component blood in reason. ......
