【摘要】 目的 比较西酞普兰与阿米替林治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效及安全性。 方法 将69例老年期抑郁症随机分为两组，研究组35例，应用西酞普兰治疗，对照组34例，应用阿米替林治疗，疗程均为6w。采用汉密顿抑郁量表、临床疗效总评量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定药物不良反应。 结果 两组总体疗效相当(P>0.05)，但研究组起效较快、不良反应发生率较低，程度较轻。 结论 西酞普兰治疗老年期抑郁症疗效显著、依从性好、安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

    A control study of citalopram in the treatment of senile depression

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare curative effects and safety of citalopram vs. amitriptyline in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 69 patients with senile depression were randomly divided into research(n=35,citalopram) and control group(n=34, amitriptyline) for 6 weeks. Clinical curative effects were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Clinical Global Impression(CGI) and side effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results There was no significant difference in global curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05); citalopram took effect quicker, its incidence of side effects was lower and milder. Conclusion Citalopram has significant curative efficacy, milder adverse reactions and higher safety in the treatment of senile depression. ......
