【摘要】 目的 研究70例维持性血液透析患者的血压、脉压及透析充分性之间的关系。方法 根据患者连续12次透析前、透析中、透析后的血压，分别计算收缩压、舒张压、脉压和平均动脉压的平均值，并且计算透析充分性KT/V值，进行统计学分析。结果 维持性血液透析患者的透析前、中、后的平均动脉压、脉压与其透析充分性之间存在明显的相关关系(P<0.01)。透析充分的患者(KT/V≥1.7)较透析较充分的患者(1.3≤KT/V<1.7)脉压减小，血压控制好，两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05), 透析较充分的患者(1.3≤KT/V<1.7)较透析不充分的患者(KT/V<1.3),脉压减小，血压控制好，两组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 充分的血液透析能使维持性血液透析患者的血压、脉压得到较好的控制。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between blood pressure ,pulse pressure and adequacy in 70 maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Average value of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure , pulse pressure, mean arterial pressure and KT/V were analyzed respectively.Results There was linear regression between MAP, PP and KT/V. The blood pressure and pulse pressure of patients with KT/V≥1.7 was signifantly lower than that of patients with1.3≤KT/V<1.7 The blood pressure and pulse pressure of patients with 1.3≤KT/V<1.7was lower than that of patients with KT/V<1.3.Conclusion Hemodialysis adequately will properly control the blood pressure and pulse pressure of maintenance hemodialysis patients. ......
