摘要：目的：探讨胆道手术中应用胆道镜的价值。方法：回顾性分析我院自1999年至2004年应用Olymus CHF-P20型纤维胆道镜在胆道外科手术中共检查1242例患者。结果：术中胆道镜检查结果显示肝内外胆管结石904例，其中肝外胆管结石560例，结石取净558例，取净率为99.64%(558/560)；肝内外胆管多发结石243例，结石取净231例，取净率为95.06%；单纯肝内胆管结石101例，结石取净96例，取净率为95.05%(96/101)。术后肝外胆管结石残石率为0.18%(2/1111)，肝内胆管结石残石率为3.05%(17/557)。结论：术中胆道镜检查直观、安全高效，具有诊断治疗双重作用，值得推广应用。

    Experience of Application During Operative Using Choledochoscope

    Abstract： Objective： To investingate the value of application during operative using choledochoscope. Method： Applied choledochoscope to treat 1242 patients during biliary tract in our hospital from 1999 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Result： Using choledochoscope during operation, stones were detected 904 patients, stones were successfully removed in 558 of 560(99.64%) patients with extrahepatic cholelithes. Intra- and extra-hepatic cholelithes were removed in 231 of 243(95.06%) patients. intrahepatic cholelithes were removed in 96 of 101(95.05%) patients. The residual stone in extrahepatic cholelithes was 0.18% after choledochoscopy, and 3.05% in intrahepatic. Conclusion： The choledoch-oscope used intraoperative is intuitionistic and safe and highly effective with diagnose and treatment dual function, It should be widely used. ......
