【摘要】 目的 合理进行护理人力资源开发与管理。方法 用人力资源开发与管理的理论和方法，阐述了护理人力资源开发与管理研究的意义；我国护理人力资源的现状；重点分析了护理人力资源短缺的原因；探讨了护理人力资源开发与管理的对策。结果 建立健全适应现代护理需求的人力资源开发与管理机制。结论 只有合理进行护理人力资源开发与管理，才能最大限度地发挥护理人员的智慧和潜能，保证护理事业的可持续发展。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore and manage the nursing human resources appropriately. Methods Elaborated the significant of the research of nursing resources exploitation and management and the status of nursing resources in China, analyzed the causes of the nurses shortage and approached some strategies of the exploitation and management of nursing human resources by using the theories and measures in the exploitation and management of nursing human resources. Results From this practice, we established a perfect human resource exploitation and management system ,which was fit for the needs of modern nursing.Conclusion Only when we explore and manage the nursing human resources appropriately, the intelligence and potential of nurses can be just brought into play completely, and the persistent development of nursing project can be ensured. ......
