     Pilot study on culture building of national women and childrens health institution

    Abstract The author have considered the culture building of women and childrens health (WCH) center of CDC actively. After analyzed institution functions and the short-term and long-term development targets,the author brought forward that institution culture should have the clear value concept of institution and team spirit,individual care,strictness and efficiency. It is need to acquire supports of leadership for institution culture building. And it has been carrying out purposefully and designedly though taking advantages of spirit civilization building, extending 6S management and organizing train.The author also suggested that new staff assimilation and historical and traditional education should be regard.

    摘要：本文对中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心构建组织文化进行了积极的思考，通过分析机构职能和近期、远期战略发展目标，提出中心的组织文化要有明确的组织价值观，并应体现团队精神、关爱个体、严密高效等特点。同时提出组织文化的塑造必须得到领导层的率先支持，利用精神文明创建、推广“6S管理”、组织培训等方式进行有目的、有计划的建设。还提出在塑造组织文化过程中重视新员工同化以及重视历史传统教育等观点 ......
