摘要：目的：探讨音乐、心理、一体化团队在糖尿病(DM)治疗中的疗效。方法：对120例DM患者进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)、DM控制状况评价量表(CSSD70)、DM生活质量测评量表(QOL)测试，其中 60例将音乐治疗、心理干预融入DM治疗团队，观察两组治疗后血糖、血压、糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1c)等值变化。结果：一体化团队治疗后各项指标较对照组明显下降。结论：DM一体化团队治疗，可改善临床症状，提高生活质量。

    The Study of Psychological Intervention Music Therapy and Team Treatment in Diabetes Patients

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effect of music therapy etc in treatment of diabetes patients. Method: 120 cases with DM were interviewed and analyzed by SDS,SAS and Diabetes Quality-of-Life Scale(QOL). Patients in therapy group were given music therapy, psychological intervention and diabetes team treatment. The patients in control group were only given diabetes drug and diet treatment.Result: The level of blood glucose at fasting and 2 hours, TC, TG,HDL,LDL,GHbA1c, SBP were reduced in both groups after treatment, but there was significant difference between the study group and control group. Conclusion: Music therapy ,psychological intervention and diabetes team treatment were deserved be recommended. ......
