[摘要] 目的 探讨精液不液化症的治疗措施。方法 对87例精液不液化症病人实施中成药前列康舒胶囊及克拉霉素缓释片等综合治疗，观察病人治疗前后精液液化时间变化。辅以慢性前列腺炎症状指数CPSI评分作疗效评价。结果 87例精液不液化症的有效率达89.7%；NIH-CPSI评分治疗前23分，治疗后下降至7分，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 中西医结合治疗精液不液化症是一种合理、有效、简便、安全的方法。
