摘要：目的：研究颈动脉穿刺尿激酶溶栓与静脉尿激酶溶栓对发病6h内脑梗死的治疗。方法：对33例脑梗死患者采用颈动脉穿刺推注尿激酶50～100万u溶栓治疗，对31例脑梗死患者静脉滴注尿激酶100～150万u溶栓治疗。结果：治疗后2h动脉组29例(87.88%)有效，其中7例(21.21%)基本治愈或治愈；静脉组24例(77.42%)有效，无基本治愈病例。治疗后14d动脉组31例(93.94%)有效，其中23例(69.69%) 基本治愈或治愈，1例出现梗死灶内出血，1例颅外出血；静脉组29例(93.55%)有效，其中14例(45.16%) 基本治愈或治愈，颅外出血3例。结论：颈动脉穿刺推注尿激酶溶栓与静脉滴注尿激酶溶栓对发病6h内脑梗死治疗的有效率都很高，两组间无显著差异；就临床基本治愈和治愈率而言，颈动脉穿刺溶栓组明显高于静脉溶栓组，差异有显著性,P<0.05。

    Research the Effect of Thrombolysis in Carotid Centesis and Vein with Urokinase on Cerebral Infarction Patients in 6h

    Abstract： Objective ：To research the effect of thrombolysis in carotid centesis and vein with urokinase about the cases of cerebral infarction in 6h. Method：Cure 33 cases by thrombolysis in carotid centesis with 5～10×105u urokinase, and 31 cases by vein with 10～15×105u urokinase. Result：There were 87.88% effective in carotid centesis affter 2h,21.21% healful,and 77.42% in vein,but no healful. There were 93.94% effective in carotid centesis affter 14d,69.69% healful,and 93.55% in vein,45.16% healful. Conclusion：The effect is good of thrombolysis in carotid centesis and vein with urokinase about the cases of cerebral infarction in 6h. But thrombolysis in carotid centesis is better than vein on the part of curative ratio, P<0.05. ......
