摘要：目的：观察和评价福辛普利和吡格利酮联合应用对Ⅱ型糖尿病高血压的临床疗效。方法：将96例糖尿病合并中、高度高血压患者随机分成两组，实验组给福辛普利钠和吡格利酮治疗，对照组给福辛普利钠治疗，8周为一疗程，分别检测治疗前后血压及FINS、2hINS、HDL-C等生化指标。结果：两组患者经治疗后，血压都显著下降，但实验组较对照组下降得更明显，实验组患者ISI显著增高，显示IR有所改善，血糖、血脂也有所降低。结论：联合运用福辛普利和吡格利酮治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病高血压有较好临床疗效。

    Fosinporil Combined Pioglitazone in Treating Hypertension type II Diabetitics

    Abstract: Objective: to observe and estimate the clinical curative effect of associating fosinporil with piogliazone to remedy hypertension induced by diabetesⅡ.Method: First, combine the 96 samples of diabetes with middle level or high level hypertension; Second, divide them into two teams random﹙the tested, the compared﹚the tested team is treated with fosinporil and piogliazone and the compared team is treated with fosinporil sodium, setting 8 weeks as a period of one treatment; Finally, separately check the blood pressure、FINS、 2HINS、 HDL-C and other biochemical index before and after the treatment.Result:The blood pressure of patients accepting treatment has descended obviously, but the degree of descendent of the tested team is much clear than the other .The tested patients’ ISI go up obviously which shows that their IR is improved, the blood sugar and blood fat also decrease at the same time.Conclusion:The experiment show that applying the fosinpril and pioglitazone to treat hypertension and diabetesⅡ can receive a pretty good clinical curative effect. ......
