摘要：目的：探讨心理干预对白内障超声乳化手术效果的影响。方法：将366例白内障手术患者随机分为心理干预组和常规组，观察两组手术效果。结果：心理干预组术中疼痛、出血阳性率为4.44%，常规组术中疼痛、出血阳性率为13.44%，差异具有显著性(P<0.005)。结论：在白内障超声乳化手术中，通过实施心理干预，使患者身心处于松弛状态，减轻疼痛及术中出血等不良因素对手术效果的影响，有效提高手术成功率。

    Application of Mental Interference in the oPeration of Cataract Supersonic Scissors

    Abstract： Objective： To probe the influence of mental interference on the result of opertion of cataract supersonic scissors. Method： By Randomly,366 cases of patients were divided into two groups: The mental interference group and the control group, then the result of operation two groups were observed. Result： The positive rate of pain and bleeding of the mental interference group was 4.44% ,that of the control group was 13.44%,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.005). Conclusion： In the operation of cataract supersonic scissors, mental interference can ease mind and health of patients, and ease the pain and bleeding. It also can release the harm of unhealthy factors, increase the success rate of operation. ......
