摘要：目的：探讨利多卡因在无痛人工流产术中的作用。方法：对妊娠8周以内的初孕妇分别采用术前口服米索前列醇和术中宫颈注射利多卡因用于人工流产，分为对照组和观察组。结果：观察组术时宫颈松弛程度及出血量与对照组比较差异无显著意义(P<0.05)。结论：利多卡因用于人工流产既能松弛宫颈，减少术时出血，又能更好的减少疼痛等不良反应的发生。

    The Application of Lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection to Painless Induced Abortion

    Abstract:Objective:To explore how lidocaine Hydrochloride Injection can be used in painless induced abortion.Method:To divide women who are in pregnancy within 8 weeks into two groups;comparison group and observation group,all of them take Misoprostol Tablets and receive lidocaine hydrochloride injection before the operation.Result:There is little difference between two groups in the flabbiness of the cervices and the amount of bleeding during operation (P>0.05),while the observation group suffer much less stomachache than the comparison group (P<0.05),which makes a difference.Conclusion:If lidocaine hydrochloride injection is used in painless induced abortion,not only bleeding but also pain and harmful effects can be reduced. ......
