[摘要] 目的 了解血压的测量过程中一些典型的非规范操作对血压值的影响。方法 模拟血压的测量过程中一些典型的非规范操作，如袖带的过松过紧、听诊器件直接放在袖带内、测量时手臂与肩平行和手臂自然下垂这几个方面，对我院133名医学生进行多次重复血压测量，多次测量的结果取平均值后，在统计软件SPSS 13.0下对数据进行配对样本均数的t检验。结果 非规范操作中，袖带的松紧度和听诊器体件的部位不会对血压值造成影响(P>0.05)；而血压计与手臂位置关系则会造成明显的差异，其中手臂与肩平行时测得的血压值会低于正常值，手臂自然下垂时则会高于正常值。结论 血压测量中的一些非规范化操作直接影响真实血压值测定及疾病的判断和统计,值得重视。[关键词] 非规范化操作；血压测量
Influence of non-standard operation on the blood-pressure measuring

[Abstract] Objective To understand the influence of some typical non-standard operation on blood-pressure measurement.Methods Imitating some typical non-standard operation,such as overloosing and overtighting of the belt,the direct placement of stethoscope into the belt,the parallel position of the arm and shoulder and the natural hanging down of the arm,we repeatedly measured 133 medical students of our hospital on the blood pressure.The average results were analyzed with t-test on the SPSS(13.0).Results In these non-standard operations,the overloosing and overtighting of belt and the placement of stethoscope didnt significantly influence the blood pressure(P>0.05),but the position relation of the sphygmomanometer and arm would make the obvious difference that the blood pressure was lower than the normal when the arm and the shoulder were parallel,and was higher than the normal when the arm hung down.Conclusion We should attach great importance to the fact that some non-standard operations in the measuring would influence directly the true blood pressure and the judgement and statistics of the disease. ......
