[摘要] 目的 探讨亚低温治疗的监护重点，并发症的防治。方法 对31例颅脑外伤患者在常规治疗的基础上实施亚低温治疗。结果 31例患者在亚低温治疗过程中出现的并发症早期即得到及时控制，未发生冻伤、褥疮。结论 严密监测，细致护理和缓慢复温将有效防止并发症产生。

    Prophylaxis nursing of the complication of mild hypothermia therapy

    [Abstract] Objective To study the intensive monitoring and treatment of complication of mild hypothermia.Methods Mild hypothermia therapy to 31 patients along with baseline therapy was imployed.Results During the mild hypothermia therapy,none of the 31 patients had perniosis and decubital ulcer,and their complication was controlled during the earlier period.Conclusion Close monitoring,nursing and slow rewarming are utility measures to prevent the complication of the mild hypothermia therapy.
