【摘要】 单核苷酸多态性是在人类基因组计划后，进行研究的一项新的遗传标记。本文对单核苷酸多态性的概念和特性，及其在生物医学、药物基因组学以及人类遗传学方面的意义，研究方法等方面的内容进行综述。
