[摘要] 目的 观察湿润暴露疗法(MEBT)在面颈部创伤治疗中的效果。方法 面颈部擦、挫、裂伤患者经外科处理后应用MEBT进行治疗。结果 所有患者创面创口无感染，明显减少了瘢痕生成，无五官畸形。结论 湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)配合治疗面颈部创伤方法简单、效果确切，能明显减少瘢痕生成，便于临床推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of MEBT in treating facial wounds.Methods Using MEBT to the surgical wounds on face and neck.Results The wounds did not infected,very few scars had formed.Conclusion MEBT is very efficacious,it is easy and simple to apply.
