左心衰竭右室压力训练动物实验的病理学观察

     【摘要】 目的 观察左心衰竭状态下经过压力训练的右心室心脏病理学变化。方法 用14只绵羊,首先通过左冠状动脉结扎方法造成左心衰模型,然后在该模型上采用右心室压力超负荷训练,并进行超声心动图、血液动力学及病理学检查。结果 选择性结扎绵羊冠状动脉前降支或对角支动脉, 可以获得稳定的左心衰模型。病理学检查显示右心室心肌细胞肥大。结论 本实验初步证明了在左心衰竭状态下经过压力训练的右心室可以适应高压环境。该实验具有良好的应用前景。

    Pathological observation of experiment on right ventricle training after failed left ventricle

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the changes of heart pathology on pressure trained right ventricle after failed left ventricle.Methods In this study, 14 sheep were used.We first built a left heart failure model through the ligation of the left coronary artery. Then we went on to build a model for the pressure trained overloaded right ventricle. Echocardiogram, hemodynamic measure and pathological examination were utilized in the experiment.Results A reliable left heart failure model in sheep using choice ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery and its diagonal branch. The pathological study suggested that myocardial cells of the right ventricle was hypertrophy.Conclusion This study preliminary proved that pressure trained right ventricle may adapt high pressure after failed left ventricle, and has a good foreground on it. ......
