Faced with the new situation and task,we are eager to explore and research on how to make the work of ideology promote and improve the service of the whole hospital.Firstly,we will try our best to guide and instruct all the staff in the hospital to improve their quality and creativity.Secondly,we’ll make every effort to combine the creativity of ideology with the work of the hospital,and combine the social effect and economic effect together as well as the management work of the hospital together.Finally,we should also taked the work of creation of the hospital into consideration.By this we can enrich the content of creation and lay a solid foundation for the ideology work in the hospital.
