腹腔镜子宫切除56例临床分析

     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜筋膜鞘内子宫切除术的临床价值。方法：回顾分析56例腹腔镜子宫切除术和50例剖腹子宫切除术的临床资料，比较两组术中、术后情况。结果：腹腔镜子宫切除术手术时间短，出血量少，术后恢复快，并发症率低，住院天数少。结论：腹腔镜筋膜鞘内子宫切除术优于传统的开腹手术，适于临床推广运用。

    Clinical analysis of laparoscopic hysterectomy in 56 cases CAO Zhang.Tai'an Central Hospital,Tai'an 271000,China

    【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the clinical value of classic intrafascial Semm hysterectomy(CISH).Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 56 cases received CISH and 50 cases received open hysterectomy,and compare the intraoperative and postoperative in formation of the two groups.Results:Laparoscopic hysterectomy has the advantage of shorter operating time,less blood loss,faster postoperative recovery,less complication rate and inhospital days.Conclusions:CISH is superior to open surgery and worthy of being generalized.
