腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术9例报告

     【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术的临床价值。方法：回顾分析腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术9例患者的临床资料。结果：手术均顺利完成，平均手术时间90min，术后住院8～12d，术中失血<100ml，术后疼痛轻，无手术并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜辅助低位直肠癌根治术具有患者创伤小，显露好，操作方便，不影响肿瘤根治等优点，宜临床推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of laparoscopicassisted radical rectal excision.Methods:The clinical data of 9 cases received laparoscopicassisted radical rectal excision was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The mean operation time was 90 minutes and the intraoperative bleeding was less than 100ml.The postoperative hospitalization time was 812 days and no postoperative complications occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopicassisted radical rectal excision,with the advantage of less trauma,better exposure,convenient operation and radical cure,should be popularized in the clinical practice. ......
