Improvement of educational qualities by normative administration in medical graduate education

    Abstract

    As a crowd with high education,graduates play more and more important role in our modernized society,whose full qualities are intimately associated with the development and advancement of our nation.The purpose of graduate education is to train qualified researchers with innovation,diligence and dedication,and enable them to grasp research conception and methods.As the first school of stomatology we ourselves established and only stomatology college of PLA,the Fourth Military Medical University has provided many researchers and dentists for both our nation and the army.The graduate education system in our hospital is novel and pragmatic,and the education content and methods are multiplex and prospective.Apart from academic abilities,qualities such as practical and realistic spirits,the fearlessness of difficulties and the ability to study and cooperate with others are especially emphasized in a graduate training.A big covey of supervisors with extensive knowledge and strict standards in our education team have made our education quality even higher and integrated in the past 10 years.The article expounds on how to ensure the quality,creativity and integrated qualities in our graduate education system,and prospects the reformation in our following and future work. ......
