Abstract
From the perspective of health economics,the deep root for such contradictions lies in the distorted economic structures inherited from the time of planned economy,the combination of institutional and structural contradictions in China and is a clear manifestation of the limited public health resources and unlimited demand for medical services.Such a contradiction is inevitable and unavoidable during the transition to a marketoriented economy.However,against such a background,medical charging and price system plays an essential role.The author analyzes the current medical charging and price management systems from the perspective of health economy and proposes strategies for the existing problems.
