    Abstract

    Cohesion is an important component of a hospital’s core competitiveness and sustainable development.Cohesion engineering has extensive and profound implications.and it is more than just improving employees’ welfare.The construction of new cohesion engineering should be based on the common goal of building a socialist country with special Chinese characteristics.The “three representatives” of the CCP form the theoretical basis of cohesion engineering.Virtuous party and clean government is the prerequisite for carrying out the cohesion engineering.Employees are the main force for carrying out the project.A healthy and complete operation system is the guarantee for the successful implementation of cohesion engineering.The cultural environment of the hospital is the carrier for carrying out cohesion engineering.The implementation of cohesion engineering should be flexible without too much emphasis on the own-interest of the hospital and great importance should be attached to bringing individual’s enthusiasm,initiatives and creativity into full play. ......
